The Dani Summer Playsuit & Roe Crop Top/Bodysuit from Petite Stitchery

This week lots of new patterns have released, this is the Dani Summer Separates and the Roe Top/Bodysuit from Petite Stitchery. Dani is perfect for summer can be warn as a set of on there own. It's a super cute pattern for woven fabric. I used the last of my Ellie buttercup crepe mixed with some lemon. Also Roe comes with lots of options, I went for the no front or back panel with cap sleeves cute with a pair of jeans, made in a rib knit.

The Hannah Bikini Top & Dress from 5outof4 Patterns

Have you seen the new Hannah pattern from 5outof4 patterns. It comes in lots of different lengths, shelf bra and a option for cross straps or straight. I went for the maxi length wide straps which I used the amazing tropical floral jersey perfect summer dress, and a mini dress thin straps in this soft denim jersey. It's the best pattern if you're in a rush to just throw it on and look great!

The Venus Swimsuit & Cover-Up from Made for Mermaids

I'm in love with the Venus swimsuit and cover up from Made for mermaids, the fit is amazing and the fun part is that it's reversible! It comes with lot's of different options, I made the low-v-front with lace-up back with high-cheeky bottom. It pairs great with the new Catalina cover up too. Available to buy as a bundle or on their own. I used a colourful swim fabric from my stash and a black ITY with this beautiful viscose for the cover up, perfect for the holidays.

The Effortless Hourglass from Ellie and Mac

It's here the amazing Effortless Hourglass dress, It's a pattern I feel we all need. It's in the name effortless, simple to make and the outcome is beautiful! I comes in 3 lengths and with different sleeve options and with a neckband or cowl neck. Finally it can be with with or without pockets and the option for colour blocking which I love right now. I used a rib knit and a scuba crepe for the spots, both worked well together. This is above knee length with bishop sleeves and cowl.

The Beth Dress from Designer Stitch Patterns

Another amazing pattern released by Designer Stitch patterns. Meet Beth she is beautiful and comes in two lengths and three different sleeve lengths. You know me I can't just make one I had to make two. I used the pink floral crepe and plain black crepe fabric and love how they turned out and had to go a little higher with my split!

Buttercup Mabel Dress Pattern from Tilly and the Buttons

I have started on my summer wardrobe with this beautiful Mabel dress from TATB. I loved the details this pattern had from the shirring, to the cute sleeve length and front tie-up. I got my hands on this pattern when I visited the Business Design Centre. Using this amazing Buttercup Crepe, it's a good weight with a lovely drape to it and was nice to sew with. Just need to sun to come out so I can wear it!

Testing the Juliet Pattern from Rose Pattern DIY

I got the opportunity to test the beautiful Juliet Pattern by Rose Pattern DIY, after seeing a test call on Instagram. Juliet is a 2in1 pattern that can be made into a dress or top and skirt. It has a beautiful sweetheart neckline and princess cut-seam bodice. It's the perfect party dress made for woven fabrics, so I made mine with a lace overlay and a crepe lining. I love the fit, also the cute sleeves and tie-up back.

The Spencer Blouse from Stitch Witch Patterns

I was luck enough to test the amazing Spencer Blouse from Stitch Witch Patterns who I discovered on Instagram @stitchwitchpatterns.

Spencer is the perfect summer blouse with a tie up front, darted raglan sleeves and this beautiful Queen Anne neckline. It made for woven fabric and the fit is amazing, I went for these two beautiful vintage cotton.

The Makayah Flowers Pillow by Ellie & Mac

Summer is coming and time for some cute Makayah Flowers Pillow from Ellie & Mac. Lots of different ways to style them, they come in three sizes, small medium and large. Here I made two small flowers one with a large gusset large circle plus I added pipping and the other is with a small gusset and small inner circle, both made using cottons.

Black & Pink Tracksuit Hack

Another screenshot into real life, I love being able to make my own clothes that fit me just right and mix colours together. I used the Oversized Tee and Good vibe joggers to recreate this look. Using pink and black loopback with white ponte.

I cut the front leg pattern into three adding extra width to count for the seams, added front pockets. Oversized tee I just cut the pattern under the armpit to colour block as well as cutting the sleeves in half. Love how it turned out.
