The Premier Pencil Skirt & Lucy Swing Top Pattern from Ellie and Mac

The Romy Cami Slip Gown by Designer Stitch

The amazing new Romy Cami Slip Gown pattern has just released from Designer Stitch. You have the options of different length, a slip dress or cami with cheeky lace boyleg briefs. I had to make a slip dress and cami with boyleg briefs as I just love the pattern and the fit is great. I used a satin and light weight cotton, galloon lace from my stash.

Vintage Cotton Paperbag Skirt from Ellie and Mac

It's nearly the weekend and time to show off my Paperbag Skirt made using vintage cotton. I fell in love with the Lovelock floral design worked really well in this pattern. I also made the Classic Camisole Top in this slinky pink crepe, both fabrics worked really well together.

The Modern Moto Jacket & Classic Camisole Top by Ellie and Mac

We are nearly at the weekend which means more sewing! Today I had so many complements on my outfit, which is the best feeling when you have make it yourself. I was rocking my Classic Camisole Top in this leopard print cotton from Kids Print Fabrics and my blazer which I used the Modern Moto jacket pattern for but instead of adding a zip I put the two pattern pieces together to make one pattern piece and added a little tad at the back with buttons.

The Summer/Winter Classic Camisole Top/Dress from Ellie and Mac

It's finally here the amazing new Classic Camisole top and dress from Ellie and Mac. As summer winds down and winter creeps in I wanted a summer/winter look. Adding puff sleeves, and turtleneck give me me the style I was after..

There is loads of options to this pattern from v-back to a straight-back with elastic. This is a woven pattern and my advice would be to make a fit in old fabric first as you may need to make some adjustments to get the best fit to your body! Oh and did I say it comes with pockets? I used a this flowy cotton fabric to create this look.

The Jose Bodysuit from Designer Stitch

The amazing new Jose bodysuit pattern has just landed from Designer Stitch!

Jose can be made as a bodysuit, camisole or slip dress. This gorgeous cowl drape that is flattering on all body shapes. The bodysuit has an attached G-string and finally you can make the fabulous Lace Boy Shorts for some cheeky wear. I did the bodysuit in a satin bodice and stretch lace for the undies.
