Another great pattern for summer has landed, meet the new Styla Adelaide set from Styla pattern. This can be worn out as a summer set or even PJ's 😁. Adelaide is designed for woven fabrics, lots of options from top, shorts, pants and nightgown dress. You have the option to add a ruffle hem to the top or nightgown. There is an elastic casing in the back so easy to get on and off. I made the top and shorts in a crepe fabric from ABC Fabric, I went for the strip crepe for my top and a plain burgundy marocain crepe for my shorts. I will definitely be wearing this out in summer, I love how it turned out I even made a matching hair tie. What option will you make first?

The Tatum Twist Top by Made For Mermaids

Today I'm wearing my new Tatum Twist top from Made For Mermaids. It's their new pattern that is on sale right now, Tatum comes in different lengths from crop, top length, mini and dress. It's a unique one piece front twist on the off the shoulder side. It also comes with the options of built in shelf bra, plus an optional inner lining. I love that you can wear it a few different ways from one strap on the shoulder side and off the other shoulder, or both sides off the shoulders. I used this beautiful leopard wet look jersey from ABC Fabric. It's a great fabric that can be worn as a casual look or dress it up for a night out.

The Venice Top By Annie et ses Coutures Patterns

Have you checked out the beautiful Venice top from Annie et ses couture patterns. It's a really cool design, its designed for woven front but stretch fabric for the back. It has a V-neckline with two collar options, scarf tie or regular v neckline. It's a semi loose fits. It came together really nicely. I used a floral georgette for the front and black stretch lace for the back, with the scarf tie neckline fabric from ABC Fabric. It's a great pattern for mixing different fabrics together.

The Lena Woven Dolman Style Dress with Ties By Sinclair Patterns

Meet the new Lena woven dolman style dress with ties from Sinclair patterns. Lena is relaxed through the shoulders, bust and waist with princess seams going from the shoulders to the waistline. It also comes with cup sizes to get the perfect fit. You have a rounded neckline that's finished with binding.


I love the ties as you can make the dress more fitted if you would like plus you can tie then a few different ways. Lena also comes with pockets and has 3 different lengths above the knee, knee and mid-calf. The Seams can be finished with French seams or regular seams with overcasting.


I made the above knee length in this beautiful rayon fabric from ABC Fabric, it sewed up really nicely and perfect for the warmer weather.

Elodie Dress/Top By Designer Stitch Patterns

Today I'm sharing the new Elodie dress/top from Designer Stitch Patterns. It's perfect for your flowy woven fabrics, comes in 3 different length top, midi and maxi, High/low empire waist inspired by baby‑doll silhouettes and different sleeve options from flutter to long with cuffs. Has a tie at the back bodice with a Scooped back. I made the top length with flutter sleeves in this beautiful Tan Leopard viscose from ABC Fabric. The Natalie Knotted Tank By Ellie & Mac

With the warmer weather finally here, I thought it was the perfect time to share my latest make, the Natalie Knotted Tank Top. I made mine in this gorgeous ITY fabric from ABC Fabric, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The lightweight drape and soft feel of ITY make it an ideal choice for summer garments, keeping you comfortable while still looking stylish.

This was my first time sewing the Natalie Knotted Tank, and it definitely won't be my last! The pattern was enjoyable to sew and came together surprisingly quickly, making it a fantastic project for a weekend make. I chose the relaxed-fit version with the flattering V-neckline, which gives the top an effortless, casual look that's perfect for everyday wear.

One of the things I love most about this pattern is its versatility. As well as the relaxed-fit V-neck version, the pattern also includes a scooped neckline option and a fitted version, giving you plenty of opportunities to customise your wardrobe. Whether you prefer a more relaxed silhouette or something more figure-hugging, there's an option to suit your style.

The knotted front detail adds a lovely design feature that elevates a simple tank top into something a little more special. It's the kind of top that works equally well paired with jeans, shorts, skirts, or layered under a cardigan when the evenings get cooler.

If you're looking for a quick, versatile sewing project that you'll reach for again and again, I'd definitely recommend giving the Natalie Knotted Tank a try. I already have plans to make several more in different fabrics and colours!

The Paige Palazzo & Wide Leg Pants Pattern By Ellie & Mac

Today I'm here to share the beautiful new Paige Palazzo & Wide leg pants. Perfect for flowy woven fabrics, I used a stripe georgette from ABC Fabric. I made the wide leg but if you want wider then go for the palazzo style, 2 waistband heights which you can add elastic or do shirring. You also get 2 pockets options Regular and Deep Pockets. I wanted to make I'm as a set to I paired my Paige pants with the Zara square neck top also a Ellie and Mac pattern. What style will you go for first?

The Primrose Dress By Gingerrellina London

I had the opportunity to test the amazing new Primrose Dress by Gingerrellina London who I discovered on Instagram and now I’m obsessed! The Primrose comes in four lengths: mini, midi, maxi, and top lengths, from which I chose the top and feel it really suits me. 
✨ 

It can be styled with natural waist pleats or drop waist pleats. I added natural waist pleats for that timeless, structured look. The pleat detail all around the waist is lovely, it really does create an amazing shape. To finish add bias-binding to the arm and neck and lastly, if your thinking how do you get it on - well there is an invisible zip in the back! I made my version using this gorgeous lightweight cotton from @abcfabricuk, and I love how it turned out.

The Orchid Dress By Boo and Lu Patterns

The Suzie Square-Neck Tie-Back Top & Dress By Ellie & Mac Patterns

Meet the new Suzie back tie top and dress from Ellie and mac patterns. It's super cute, comes in a empire or regular waist, you have the option of a top or dress which comes in 2 lengths mid thigh and above the knee. Lot's of different sleeve options from sleeveless to a short puff sleeve.

I made the empire waist top with puff sleeves in this beautiful jacquard knit with a lime green mesh lining. I also made the mid thigh sleeveless dress with pockets and went for the regular waistline and used a cream textured knit all fabrics are from ABC Fabric. I love the tie back style it's so on trend right now.
