The Rose Dress by Annie Et Ses Coutures Patterns


This will be perfect for when the sun comes back out for us in London! I've been trying a few of Annie et ses Coutures patterns, they are a French company but they have English instructions as well. This is the beautiful Rosie dress which has gathers on the side of the bodice, the skirt is semi flared and knee length. I used this lovely rib jersey and I love the shape and fit of this dress.

The Safiya Trouser by Tilly and the Buttons

Who loves a super comfy pair of boyshorts? Well Sinclair patterns have just released Whisper no front seam boyshorts, that comes with projector file. Whisper come in 3 rises and different inseam lengths with this cute v shape back panel. Perfect to wear under dresses. I made mid rise with waistband 1" seam with v back. Fabric Sky blue stretch, the print fabric is by Designed in Prayer.

The Pink Check Mila Milkmaid from Petite Stitchery


The super cute Mila Milkmaid dress is here from Petite Stitchery and perfect for summer. I love a pattern with options, you can make a crop, knee or midi length with or without front split. I adore that you can wear it on or off the shoulders. I got this pink and white check from Legend Textiles Fabrics and knew it would be perfect. Oh and just in time for Barbie!

I made this lovely Juliette skirt by Annie et ses coutures, it's from stretch woven and comes in 2 lengths and these cute front pockets. It's the perfect skirt to dress up or go for a more casual look. I had this stretch denim for ages and was perfect for this pattern.

The Tie-Dye Oracular Romper by George & Ginger


I just love how this turned out. This is the new Oracular Romper from George & Ginger. I had the perfect fabric to hand which was the khaki tie dye and sage ITY which work so well together. It's a flowy dress with shoulder ties and a built in romper under and super comfy!

Have you seen the FREE pattern from George and Ginger? It's the Bad Rep Set, I didn't make the top but I did make the 2 tier skirt in the beautiful viscose gives the perfect rock chick vibe.

The Reece Pants Pattern from Designer Stitch


Happy Saturday all, I would like to introduce the new Reece pant's from Designer Stitch. They come in 2 lengths and the option of adding a tab for a turned up cuff look. They have super cool front seam pockets and back patch pockets. Reece are a semi wide leg fit. They are a woven pattern perfect for linen or linen viscose. I had to try the full length, 7/8ths length and a pair with tabs. I paired them all with Designer Stitch tops. White with Azure swimsuit, pink with Yvette top and last with Marit shell top.

The Safiya Trousers from Tilly And The Buttons


I finally got around to making myself the Safiya Trousers from the Tilly And The Buttons book 'Make it Simple' super quick and easy to make. Soon as I got this leopard crepe and just had to make some trousers. Instead of hemming I added some trim to the bottom.

The Isadora Pattern from Made for Mermaids



The new Isadora pattern is here from Made for mermaids. This is a pattern with options from fitted skirt with side splits to swing dress, also comes as a romper style in different lengths. Option of cut outs in different sizes or non at all. Sleeves, sleeveless, flutter short or long. What more do you need for a pattern? The fabric was a pewter Liverpool crepe for the dress and ITY for the romper.

The Fabulous Velvet Dress Pattern from Designer Stitch


So nice getting back from holiday to find this beauty waiting for me on the door matt. I had the pleasure to make the fabulous Velvet Dress designed by DesignerStitch that featured in Vintage Made Magazine. My photo was published inside wearing the black velvet dress with mesh velvet print sleeves which I absolutely love!


Everyone in the magazine looks amazing, lots of inspiration. It's my lucky 7th publication, making a habit of it now...
