The Staycation Dress & Oversize Tee from Ellie and Mac

Happy Sunday my sewing friends! I love mashing patterns together, so this time i mixed the Oversized tee with the Staycation dress. I shorten the crop Oversized tee length by an inch and left the sleeves off but did add a little length to the main sleeve as I wanted a cute ruffle instead. I used the 2 bottom tiers from the Staycation dress. It's awesome to be able to mix patterns and get the look you have in your head, with adding the belt I can wear it fitted or relaxed. Fabric used viscose jersey.

The Linnea Sweater from Sinclair Patterns

The super cool new Linnea Sweater has just arrived, It comes with colour block options and you can mix the Nova hood and cowl plus the thumbhole pack. I used this ponte and a jersey knit to create this look.

The Colour Block Oversized Tee/Dress Pattern by Ellie and Mac

Have you seen the amazing colour blocking YouTube video by Diana from Ellie and Mac?

Soon as I sure a pic posted on her Instagram, I've been stalking it for the hack video to be uploaded it's now up on there YouTube channel. It's so cute I needed it in my life asap. I coloured blocked both front and back and also added pockets, I need pockets in everything

It's such a fun hack, I can see myself making many more. Fabric is viscose jersey and Spanish soft touch which is like ITY fabric.

The Hazel Skirt from Sonia Estep Designs

The amazing Hazel Skirt has just landed over at Sonia Estep Design!

The Hazel Skirt comes in three lengths and you can make it in woven or knit fabrics, also add buttons or snaps, its a functional placket on the woven or faux placket on the knit skirt. I did the mini length in corduroy fabric.

This is the awesome Lively Top/Dress Pattern by George & Ginger, it comes as a top or dress and the best part are these amazing sleeves. I used a jersey knit and this beautiful teal stretch lace with scalloped edge to create this look.

The Violet Ruched Top from Sinclair Patterns

Today I wanted to share the amazing new Violet Ruched Top from Sinclair patterns. It has this awesome front ruched accent panel that makes this whole top stand out. The Violet Top comes in different lengths, I went for the top length with elbow sleeve length. I used a black knit plus a white cotton jersey and I love how they look together.

Matching Adult/Child Colorblocks from Ellie and Mac

My niece is over for a few days, so I grabbed the chance to make us matching outfits and took some cute photos! I used the Kids Colour Block Tie Top with some Kids Sunshine Leggings and for myself a Colour Block on the Oversized Tee.

The Zoey Knit Overall from Made For Mermaids

Made For Mermaids have just released this awesome Zoey Knit Overall, which comes with a projector file. This is a knit pattern and comes in joggers, shorts and a skirt!

I made the most of the styles as I love this pattern and used this beautiful burnt orange, green soft ponte and in the joggers and a funky scuba. This pattern also comes with chest pocket and front slat pockets.

The Rainbow Dress from Patterns For Pirates

The super awesome Rainbow dress has just released over at Pattern For Pirates!

It comes with a plain skirt or you can make it with the rainbow style, with gathered sleeves or straight sleeves. And its not only a dress pattern you can also make a crop or shirt length plus add on the amazing collar. I used a viscose jersey and stretch lace.

The Jose Bodysuit from Designer Stitch

The amazing new Jose bodysuit pattern has just landed from Designer Stitch!

Jose can be made as a bodysuit, camisole or slip dress. This gorgeous cowl drape that is flattering on all body shapes. The bodysuit has an attached G-string and finally you can make the fabulous Lace Boy Shorts for some cheeky wear. I did the bodysuit in a satin bodice and stretch lace for the undies.

The Helia's Hot Pants from CKC Patterns

Helia's Hot Pant's are here and amazing from CKC Patterns. I'm only 5 foot so did the petite length with cuffs. This pattern comes with three different waistbands, I used the wide petite waistband with a non-stretch crepe and love how they turned out. I also paired mine with the Prague's Classic Turtleneck Pattern and made it sleeveless with bands.

The Vison Dress from George & Ginger Patterns

This new Vision Pattern from George & Ginger is amazing!

It comes in different lengths, I did the top length which pairs great with some shorts. Vision is designed with unique ring-ties which can tie the bodice in two different styles and have the option of adding cups.

The Hollow Dress from George & Ginger Patterns

Hollow is all about the unique lower-back cut-out which is perfect for summer. I used a cotton Lycra which worked really well.
