Misses Dress 9136 from Simplicity Sewing Patterns

The working week is over, now time to get into Jubilee party mode, rocking my new dress out for drinks! I used this beautiful polka dot crepe, perfect summer weight fabric. I tried out the new Simplicity k9136 pattern, had to do the pocket style.

The Kit Dolman Pattern by Petite Stitchery

Today I wanted to share the new Kit Dolman that has also released from Petite Stitchery. It comes in different lengths and has the option of sleeves, no sleeves or adding a flounce. I mixed it up and did the top front length with tunic back. The side split can go as hi or low as you like. I got my hands on this beautiful jersey which looks amazing made up. Super soft and light weight perfect for summer.

The Dawning Dress by George & Ginger Patterns

The Dawning Dress has just released over at George & Ginger. It's a sweet and simple design, that also included optional ties, this pattern is a quick sew with stunning results! You can also add lace to the bodice. I used this beautiful polka dot navy cotton to make the peplum length.

The Varley Joggers by Designer Stitch

The amazing super stylish Varley Joggers are here from Designer Stitch Patterns. I say joggers but these are not just any joggers, they're very on trend and can we worn dressed-up in a day at the office. I love the elasticated back leg and flat front. I have a thing about pockets and soon as I sore these have utility pockets I just need them. I wanted a funky pair so you this beautiful viscose.

50s Vintage Dress by Designer Stitch - Issue 19 Vintage Made Magazine

Woke up to some fantastic news this morning, I made the front cover of Vintage Made Magazine!!

Thanks to the amazing fashion designer Ann Grose and my photographer of course. I overlaid a beautiful lace to create this spring theme dress. Can't wait until I receive this edition to show you more pictures!

The Jo Dress by Petite Stitchery

The new Jo Dress Pattern by Petite Stitchery has been released today, it comes with loads of options and of course I had to try them all!

There's a bodysuit, dress or 2 piece top and skirt, with the options of a high/low back, crossover or low sides and flutter sleeves, a great pattern for all occasions. Materials I used were scuba, ITY and jersey.

The Sedona Shirt/Tunic by Designer Stitch

Its the weather for shirt dresses and this lovely embroidered pineapple pinstripe cotton, just had to be made into a shirt. I used the Sedona Shirt/Tunic Pattern from Designer Stitch and love how it turned out. I had some fabric left over and made some matching shorts to wear it more open with a t shirt under. It's a pineapple kind of day...
