My new Felicia dress is finished and love it! I used Lindsey's blog on how to add a ruffle to the skirt, if you haven't go check it out on the Ellie & Mac website. I had to add some pockets as well as I need them in all my clothes. Perfect for summer made in this soft floral jersey from ABC Fabric.
