Chloe Draped Shoulder Cowl Neck Top by Sinclair Patterns

Today I'm sharing my amazing new Chloe draped shoulder top from Sinclair Patterns, which comes in sleeveless and different lengths. The main part of this pattern is the beautiful pleated shoulder, I used a mix of ITY, valentino crepe and jersey, fabric with a good structured drape is ideal, to hold the pleats in shape.
