It features gathered shoulders, a semi-fitted bodice, and a flared skirt or peplum. You can choose from sleeveless, slightly gathered short to elbow length, cap sleeves, or short to elbow bell sleeves, so many options! I made the cap sleeve with peplum length in this beautiful poly viscose from ABC Fabric. I love that it’s a true wrap, tying at the side with a little tie on the inside to keep everything in place.
